Job Description :
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The selected candidate will work onsite in a school setting and provide support to students with behavior challenges.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and contribute to their academic and social development.
Primary Duties :
- Implement behavior modification plans and crisis intervention techniques
- Instruct others in the implementation of behavior plans
- Monitor and ensure appropriate student behavior
- Accurately record students' behaviors and responses to interventions
Qualifications :
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with behavior challenges preferred
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
