Your role.

No busy work here. As an intern, you'll be treated just like our entry level staff. You'll help instill confidence in various organizations by assuring their financial health. We provide large firm-like structure, system, methodology and training as well as small firm-like closeness, attention and care to each staff member. We'll give you the flexibility to craft business solutions, not just spreadsheets. Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Participating in different phases of the audit and / or tax engagement.
• Planning, testing, researching, and reporting.
• Working with audits, compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Engaging in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Meaningful interactions with staff at all levels as well as with our impressive repertoire of clients.
• Experience working with a wealth of business opportunities throughout a professional services firm.

The qualifications.

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.
