Responsibilities

Reporting to the AVP, Foreclosure, this position is responsible for coordinating tasks for delinquent loans as they progress through the foreclosure process. This role prepares loans for referrals and supports essential pre-sale foreclosure activities. This position develops bidding instructions for foreclosure sales and coordinates with appraisers and auction services to ensure the timely sale of foreclosed properties. Additionally, this role collaborates with local foreclosure counsel, addressing restart actions and generating demand letters, ensuring compliance with investor, company, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years' experience in Default Servicing
• 1+ years' experience in the mortgage servicing industry
• Prior experience in foreclosure coordination preferred
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced work environment preferred
• MSP experience preferred
• Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities
• Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation
• High level of precision with attention to detail and consistency
• Flexible, open to change, and able to learn new things quickly
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groups
