Customer Service / Scheduling Coordinator / Order Processor
Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Pay : $17.50 / hr. (Paid weekly)
Phones : Responsible for answering all inbound calls and handling any questions, concerns, or ordering. Making outbound calls when needed, for example, calling customers back after obtaining appropriate information to answer their questions.
Email : respond to all emails in a timely manner while setting a friendly and inviting tone.
Invoicing : daily invoicing completed picked up / shipped orders
Accounts : Keeping customer accounts up to date with accurate information and notated accordingly.
Order Processing : processing orders through the system and setting up job batches.
Attitude : Upbeat and positive attitude to maintain customer satisfaction, relationships, and a positive work environment
Teamwork : Being able to work as a team and jump in and help in other areas and positions as needed.
Programs Used : (experience a plus but not required- we fully train on all programs)
