Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains

55 miles to Utica

80 miles to Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR)

90 miles to Kingston, ON, CA

4 hours to Montreal & Toronto

  • 4 day work week working four 10 hour days
  • The clinic hours are 8 AM-5PM (M-F)
  • 40 hours work week for clinic and GYN cases
  • Average 18-20 patients are seen in the clinic
  • Average 15-20 deliveries per month
  • 1 : 3 call coverage
  • Obstetric volume- 65 deliveries each expected first year with goal of 85 each by year 3

Scheduled surgical block time 2+ days per week with other access for urgent cases

Offer :

  • $415,000 guaranteed base salary
  • $75,000 Start / Retention bonus paid in 3 annual installments
  • RVU bonus for productivity over 50% MGMA, paid quarterly, we reward productivity
