Project Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator / Analyst based in the Minneapolis area to support a team responsible for vendor management operations. This team oversees critical functions such as vendor scorecards, metric tracking, billing, purchase / work order (PO / WO) management, and SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in :

• Managing vendor back billing processes
• Ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments
• Communicating with external vendors to resolve payment or contract issues
• Reviewing and adjusting contracts to ensure proper setup
• Working within SAP to review and revise WOs / POs in accordance with company policies and procedures

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems and vendor relationships.

Pay Rate

$30–$32 / hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
