Jurisdictional Legal Expert

A company is looking for a Jurisdictional Legal Subject Matter Expert to serve as a jurisdictional expert regarding juvenile jurisdiction data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal reviews of juvenile jurisdiction data to identify discrepancies and propose resolutions

Engage with stakeholders, including legal and real estate SMEs, to address issues and assist with implementing the juvenile jurisdiction information system

Provide input for annual reports that inform policies on investigating and adjudicating juvenile matters on military installations

Required Qualifications

Juridical Science Doctor (J.D.S.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) with 5+ years of directly related experience

5+ years of experience in jurisdiction law

1+ years of experience coordinating with legal and / or real property SMEs

Expertise in federal jurisdictional types and outcomes related to retrocession to concurrent jurisdiction models

Experience supporting federal organizations in legal jurisdiction matters
