Company laptop. Qualify franchise candidates and assess their fit for our brand partners. Manage and track all candidate activity in HubSpot CRM. Schedule calls, meetings, and discovery steps. Maintain organized records and documentation. Support development directors to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Communicate promptly and professionally with all prospects. 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar). Franchise experience is a plus.
