BLUEBERRY PRODUCTION MANAGER - PORTERVILLE

Overview

Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to join one of the most rewarding segments of fruit production? As Blueberry Production Manager you will take charge of operations that deliver high-quality berries to markets near and far. Reporting to the Farm Manager the Production Manager will have the following responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of blueberry cultivation, from planting to harvest.
• Develop and implement production schedules aligned with seasonal and market demands.
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, irrigation, pest / disease control, and nutrition programs.
• Supervise farm workers and coordinate with field teams to ensure labour efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inputs, yields, and compliance with safety / agricultural standards.
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely distribution.
