- Has supervisory responsibility for a moderate number of entry level and mid level employees.
- Lead efforts to train third-party administration concepts, processes and procedures.

Bachelor's degreeMinimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredOver 6 years' experience in area of expertise with increasing complexityAt least 4 years' experience supervising and leading staffMust maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertiseDemonstrate industry experience and technical knowledge in area of expertiseProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyExpert knowledge of state and federal legislation and regulations impacting disciplineExpertise in managing clientsAdvanced problem solving and critical thinking skills#LI-OD1 #LI-Hybrid
