Lead IT Analyst

Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN

The Work and Asset Management Program (WAM) will drive implementation of industry leading processes supported by best-in-class technology to manage work and assets through work planning and initiation, field scheduling and dispatch, and work execution and closeout. There are 3 integrated IT assets being created; SAP SQ4, Salesforce, and Lemur.

This Lead IT Analyst will be assigned to the Work and Assets Management team.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Working with the manager to prioritize Jira tickets.
• Collaborate with teams across time zones to collect daily ticket status from various teams - SAP, Salesforce, Mulesoft, etc.
• Generate reports on the Jira ticket progress to report up to the leadership.
• Technical understanding of the criticality of an issue and escalate issues or roadblocks to the leadership.
• Collaborate with departments across NiSource - steady state, IT security, etc.
• Work in an Agile or waterfall project.

Salary Range :

$110,200.00 - $165,300.00
