This is a full-time role for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, located in the Toledo, Atlanta or Portland areas. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs, including compensation planning and job evaluation. They will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, administer benefits, and manage compensation processes to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation Planning and Job Evaluation
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and overall Compensation & Benefits
• Knowledge and experience in Compensation Management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
