Position : Oracle EBS R12 Function Consultant - Order Management

Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid - Locals preferred)

Duration : Long term contract

Job Description :

• Oracle R12 Function Consultant Experienced in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Integrations with MES system and well versed with customizations of RICE objects and workflow changes.
• Must have 12+ experience as functional or Techno functional consultant
• Extensive Experience Implementing and / or Supporting Oracle EBS or an ERP, MES solution.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions across multiple process areas and integrations with other Supply chain processes
• Able to gather requirements and translate them into detail design documents
• Advanced ability to independently resolve complex issues and problems.
• Able to self-manage multiple tasks and priorities based upon urgency and impact.
• Acts in a global capacity, with intimate knowledge of global objectives and understanding of how all departments interact to achieve company-wide objectives.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking to manage complex projects and issues.
• Ability to lead others and provide guidance and knowledge to advance team development.
• Ability to lead teams to develop solutions and resolve issues.
• Ability to effectively document and track all changes as necessary.
• Ability to recognize the impact of an issue and convey urgency as necessary.
