Job descriptionScheduling of daily work orders for technicians Maintain accurate inventory records using the Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS) software Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stockouts Collaborate with maintenance technicians to identify parts needs and forecast demand Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards for tracking bus inspections and maintenance metrics Scheduling of daily work orders for technicians Maintaining next due summaries for all locations Taking up daily operations queries on maintenance communication portals Defect clearing if required Bridgestone mileage reporting Generating report for regular inspections of completed work to ensure all repairs and maintenance activities meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality guidelines Defects ageing report Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. This is crucial for compliance, warranty claims, and historical analysis Work closely with our operations and dispatch teams to ensure our buses are available and ready for their scheduled charters Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or fleet management software is a strong asset Ability to work responsibly and reporting in an orderly manner since work is completely remotely oriented Strong command of tools ; project trackers, and dashboard tools Experience with project management tools (Monday.com experience a plus) Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data Proficient in inventory management systems Experience with process automation and project coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working cross-functionally with various departments Ability to own projects and deliver outcomes independently Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly We are an equal opportunity employer ; We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status Competitive salary package in USD New laptop and a monitor on completion of probation period (2 months) Opportunity for professional growth and development Vibrant and collaborative work environment Company culture that values innovation and diversity Direct Impact on Operations : You will be at the heart of ensuring our fleet is always ready for service. Personal PC operating system to be used in probation period minimum requirements include Windows 11 and macOS 13 ; however, all employees should have personal laptop available at all times as a backup. Availability over call during US (Eastern Time) working hours at all time and excellent internet connectivity (preferred connection would be between (60 MBPS - 100 MBPS)
