Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for an Operations Lead to support a DOD federal program in the Washington, DC area. The Operations Lead will oversee operations, support leadership, coordinate logistics, and handle communications and documentation. Responsibilities for the Operations Lead include :

• Lead and supervise the operations team through managing task workflows and ensuring timely delivery of reports to leadership
• Provide high-level operational and administrative support
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to streamline administrative processes
• Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing logistics for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage communications and documentation workflows, including tracking presentations, preparing official correspondence and navigating approval processes
