Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. We are open to 10 hours / 4 days a week or 5-8 hours / 5 days a weekResponsibilities Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment. Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing. Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or older. Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred). Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Good communication and time management skills.
