Popsi Lingerie is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team full-time at our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales experience and a passion for the fashion industry to grow within a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach to boutiques, retailers, and distributors
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and consistent follow-up
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand and generate leads
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, pipelines, and reporting
  • Consistently follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales and meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • Proven experience with trade shows and industry networking
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • A tenacious, self-starter mindset with a track record of persistence and follow-through
  • Must be highly organized and goal-oriented
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • $22 per hour + 5% commission on all closed sales
