Entry-Level Candidates :

Competitive Full-time base salary starting at $47,500 / year

Performance-based bonuses for sales, reviews, and customer satisfaction

Total compensation potential : $50,000$65,000 / year

Experienced Candidates :

Competitive Full-time base salary starting at $50,500 / year

Uncapped commission + performance bonuses

Total compensation potential : $57,500$80,000 / yea

What Youll Do

Assist current customers with policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support

Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and available discounts

Provide fast and efficient service to maintain high customer satisfaction

Work closely with the sales team to identify bundling opportunities for added customer savings

Utilize agency tools and technology to track customer interactions and follow-ups

Who Were Looking For

Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) required

Customer service experience preferred (Insurance experience is a plus!)
