We are a leading provider in the building maintenance industry and are looking for a talented sales professional with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. In this outside sales role, you will drive new business development within the Houston West area, focusing on bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, prospecting, and building a pipeline of leads, delivering thoughtful presentations, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and driven team who shares a common goal - to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored service solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote City Wide and build your network.
  • Document all sales activities in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
