A company is looking for an IT Service Desk & Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide help desk administration, desktop support, and hardware / software setup
Manage multiple technical requests and troubleshoot issues for PC and Mac systems
Train clients on hardware, software, and phone system usage while supporting remote clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience in desktop support for Mac OS X and Windows 7 / 10
Strong knowledge of IT services, including Active Directory and network troubleshooting
Experience with cloud services such as G Suite, Office 365, AWS, and Azure
Ability to support remote clients using various communication tools
Knowledge of Powershell, Bash, and related scripting is a plus
