Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users virtually or in person
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Log and track support requests in a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in IT or industry-standard certifications like A+ or Network+
1 year of hands-on experience in a support capacity
Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting Apple and PC environments
Fluent in Armenian, with professional proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Russian
Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a globally-distributed team
