A company is looking for an IT User Support Specialist to provide technical support and resolve IT issues for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system while communicating with employees
Evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests, identifying issues and determining solutions
Assist users in implementing requests and maintain user account information, including rights and security
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of customer service experience in an IT environment
Knowledge of various computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities
