A company is looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to handle advanced technical issues and provide support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first contact for moderately complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions
Assist customers in resolving technical problems with software, hardware, and mobile applications
Log and track inquiries, ensuring resolution within the agreed timeframe and writing knowledgebase articles for common problems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Two or more years of technical training and / or relevant certifications (e.g., A+, ITIL Foundation)
Experience with Microsoft Office products, VPN software, and Windows operating systems
Must meet government eligibility requirements
