A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage IT operations and support for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for employees
Provision and manage hardware and software for new hires and existing staff
Maintain desktop security and assist with compliance audits
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of IT support or help desk experience
Hands-on experience with user account provisioning and access management
Familiarity with macOS and endpoint security solutions
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and VPN technologies
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or PowerShell is a plus)
