A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist responsible for providing technical support and customer service to end users.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage incoming support requests, document user information, and track incidents to resolution
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including installations and configurations
Perform preventative maintenance and analyze incident trends to improve system performance
Required Qualifications :
Education : HS Diploma or equivalent required
Experience : Relevant work experience required
Certification : Relevant certification is a plus
