A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex issues as needed
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on endpoints and administer user access within IT resources
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong working knowledge of Windows and MacOS
Familiarity with Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 Suite
Hands-on experience supporting endpoints in MDM-managed environments
Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
