A company is looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, hardware, and basic network connectivity
Document all issues and resolutions using a ticketing platform and maintain daily productivity expectations
Required Qualifications
1+ year of IT support / help desk experience in a structured environment
Strong Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 support experience
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident tracking
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
