A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage internal IT operations and support for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first line support for internal IT issues and manage IT tickets
Provision and configure hardware and software for users, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Track software licenses and maintain IT asset inventory while assisting with IT procurement activities
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Hands-on experience with end-user hardware and software support in Windows and / or macOS environments
Experience with ticketing systems and external IT vendors or MSPs
Strong organizational skills, particularly in asset and license tracking
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
