Key Responsibilities
Manage and document issues for employees, ensuring effective communication and resolution
Evaluate incoming support requests, identify issues, and utilize resources to resolve problems

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of customer service experience in an IT environment
