Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment
Install and configure workstations, laptops, and user accounts
Required Qualifications
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
Experience with Microsoft products and cloud-based systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation is preferred
