A company is looking for an IT Support Services II - Quick Fix.
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve support tickets and assist in scheduling for the team
Provide troubleshooting and support for desktop, networking, and cloud services
Engage with customers, assess ticket urgency, and document processes for Help Desk and Dispatch
Key Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of operating systems and enterprise applications
Experience with networking concepts and helpdesk / ticketing systems
Familiarity with cloud services and IT security practices is preferred
