We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Contracts Leader to join the National Security Space (NSS) line of business supporting a diverse and exciting portfolio that continues to expand.

The Space Security Cyber and Analytics Senior Contracts Manager will lead a team of contracts management professionals supporting existing and future contracts with domestic and international customers.

In this dynamic role the candidate will :

• Implement Prime contract strategies consistent with Corporate and Business Area strategic imperatives.
• Provide highly visible leadership to the mission segment and portfolio personnel to ensure the team develops flexible strategies to support enterprise needs.
• The candidate will develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure positive and constructive interactions both internally and externally
• The candidate will act as an advocate for diversity and inclusion and create opportunities for positive employee engagement.
• The candidate will manage and provide leadership for activities associated with contract responsibilities including but not limited to : preparation and contract negotiations;

assessment of terms and conditions to ensure the corporation is protected from unusual risk and that strategy supports the mission area long-range plan

The candidate will work cross-functionally with different stakeholders in the organization, including, engineering, business development, legal, procurement, finance, tax, and accounting to ensure projects and deal meet program and corporate command media.

Desired skills

• 10+ years of contracts management, subcontract management, paralegal or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
• Master's degree, Juris Doctor, Paralegal certification or NCMA certification
• Prior (IC) intelligence community experience
• Experience with international / commercial contracts
• Leadership of direct reporting leaders
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently posses and be able to maintain a US TOP SECRET / SCI clearance with polygraph, to support these government contracts.
