Position Summary :

The Resource Outreach Specialist is responsible for expanding the Food Waste and Recycling Programs. This role focuses on data analysis, community outreach, and process improvement, while fostering collaboration to reduce waste, optimize resource efficiency, and advance the company's sustainability goals. The Resource Outreach Specialist will also be representing the Company at community gatherings and forums. This is an in-person position in Enfield, CT, and remote arrangements are unavailable for this role.

Your Role :

• Partner with marketing, community outreach specialists, and the sales team to develop and present food waste and recycling programs for schools, businesses, and towns.
• Ensure that all food waste and recycling programs adhere to local regulations, health and sustainability standards, and bidding processes.
• Collect and analyze food waste and recycling data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities for best practices.
• Provide ongoing support for schools, businesses, and towns after program launch.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events.
• Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
