A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain to track customer order deliveries and backorders
Coordinate and project-manage large customer roll-outs, ensuring timely product and material delivery
Retrieve and manage data from various systems to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a sales operations or customer support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and Tableau
Experience in managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
