Job description

Some of your key responsibilities will be

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of a team of security officers.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with both clients and employees.
  • Managing job performance of staff.
  • Ensuring job sites are provided with high-quality security services.
  • You will be given the proper training and a roadmap for success. In return; hard work, focus and passion are expected!

    Some of the key qualifications will include :

  • You have experience as an Account Manager and scheduling guard hours.
  • You have a firm understanding of Valient Scheduling Software or an equivalent system.
  • You have experience managing a team of security officers including hiring / selection, training and development.
  • A valid NYS Security License / FDNY Certifications are not required, however, are encouraged.
  • You have on-call availability 24 / 7.
