Our Mixed Portfolio team seeks a Sr. Manager of User Experience Design who will lead and inspire a team of UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that expand the types of properties our customers can manage on our platform (e.g., affordable housing properties). This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive products.

• Influence strategy and drive design vision : Your leadership will shape the user experience of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary / hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is : $184,000-$230,000. The actual base salary / hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to : the candidates skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses / commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and / or employment type.
