Director Planning & Analysis
Manage the day to day operations of the financial planning function. Directs the financial / strategic planning team to provide analytical support to all internal operating departments. Performs research and analysis of the competitive environment. Assists in all areas of the annual operating and capital budget and long range plan preparation; as well as preparation of monthly financial and operational reports
Target Pay : $130,000 - $160,000

Essential Job Functions :
- Develops financial and business operating plans and capital expenditure plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the property
- Anticipates and reacts to changes in planning assumptions and revises plans as necessary
- Manages the preparation of budgets, operating reviews and financial packages for presentation
- Understand and document goals, strategies and critical issues which drive the success of the business
- Prepares annually - plan balance sheet, cash flow and income statements
- Analyzes proposed events, promotions and direct mail programs to determine financial justification, follows up with past analysis to measure success and makes recommendation to improve based on results achieved
- Measures and monitors host and junket productivity reports
- Prepares all other financial analysis of revenue, marketing or cost programs to determine economic feasibility and advise management on recommendations
- Monitors direct report performance standards and holds employees accountable for performance
- Delegates assignments to appropriate subordinate to accomplish tasks and at the same time provide developmental potential
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications :
BS or BA in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA or MBA preferredAbility to pull and analyze data using Access, Tableau and SQLAdvanced excel skills essential, including knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup, and building dashboardsMinimum five years' analytical operations experience in planning, finance or market research environment requiredMinimum three years' financial management experience requiredKnowledge of gaming industry is preferredMust have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of financial planning operations to include financial / operations analysis, people / resource management, financial and database modelingFluent in use of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Google SuiteStrong organizational and time management skills requiredMust have excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building and problem solving skills are requiredAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary licensingWorking Conditions :
