What Youll Do

Groundswell is looking for experienced Senior Appian Consultants to provide integrated architecture support for our delivery teams and act as trusted advisors to our clients. Senior Appian Consultants help scale our business by providing expert guidance on solution delivery and by designing and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into our clients architecture. Architects mentor our delivery teams on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design and implement internal processes and tools to improve business efficiencies.

Our Appian practice is led by Appian alumni with decades of total experience delivering mission-critical Appian solutions at scale, leveraging our award-winning solutions, component libraries, and foundations. Youll team up with a diverse, enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of creative minds with a smart sense of humor.

What Youll Be Working On

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
• Support design, development, and test activities
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
• Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Groundswell does not typically hire at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are case-specific. A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $115,439.00 - $162,293.00
