- Administrate enterprise technology contracts across the lifecycle.
- Plan and track the department
- expenses, projects, capital, and services.
- Plan, provision, and track technology assets, licenses, and services.
- Act as an internal liaison with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
- Act as an external liaison with key technology vendors and resellers.
- Prepare solicitations for goods, services, and projects.
- Prepare evaluations and write-ups for new technology.
- Work onsite 5 days a week.
- Perform related duties as directed.
Education
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. OR
- High School Diploma with minimum ten (10) years of experience performing the
duties outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.
Minimum
1. Five years experience administrating technology contracts across the lifecycle -
requests, solicitations, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
2. Five years experience planning and tracking technology department budgets -
expenses, projects, capital, and services.
3. Five years experience planning, provisioning, and tracking technology licenses,
hardware assets, and professional and warranty services.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent) :
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work on their own in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Working knowledge with core
- Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Office365.
- Basic understanding of emerging technology and concepts such as AI, IoT, etc.
