Education :

Required : Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy

Experience : Preferred : 0-2 yrs

License :

LICENSED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Certifications :

Required : BLS / CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
