Join a growing, family-owned jewelry brand! Skydell Design is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Office Manager / Web Administrator to manage office operations, handle website updates, support bookkeeping, process orders, and assist with creative marketing efforts.
Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functionsMaintain and update online product listings and website contentAssist with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling bank statements and maintaining recordsProcess, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyProvide excellent customer service and communicationSupport marketing initiatives and help with social media or digital content updatesRun occasional local errands as neededQualifications :
Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Computer Science a plus)Strong organizational, communication, and computer skillsExperience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks preferredFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, or similar) is a plusReliable, detail-focused, and proactiveValid drivers license requiredSchedule :
