A company is looking for a Senior Director & Managing Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement privacy policies and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws

Provide legal advice on data privacy and intellectual property matters, managing related teams and portfolios

Collaborate with various departments to enhance data privacy practices and respond to privacy-related issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of ten years of experience as an attorney handling privacy and intellectual property matters

Active state license to practice law in good standing

Strong understanding of IT systems and data privacy best practices

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
