As a Signature Vacations Planner, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Responsible for primarily outbound calling Hilton Signature Vacation members to assist them with booking their HSV packages, while providing excellent customer service.
• Meets minimum weekly production expectations / metrics based on the department's needs.
• Handles inbound calls as needed.
• Responsible for email communications with assigned Hilton Signature Vacation members as needed.
• Provides administrative support for the Signature Vacations program as assigned.
• Must always have a clear understanding of available Signature Vacation packages.
• Verifies the Signature Vacations Package and the bonus points awarded and reviews contingency requirements before booking the vacation.
