Medical Administrative Assistant
Kelly Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a professional transcription / radiology service company in Fargo, ND.

Pay : $19.00 - $20.00 / hr. depending on experience
Schedule : 7 : 15am-4 : 15pm and 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday; rotating shift each week.
Job Duties :
- Work with over 30 imaging facilities in the area, handing scans being sent for review.
- Handle time sensitive information, providing a quick turnaround to clients.
- Data entry - entering patient and insurance information into system.
- Assisting with medical billing
- Handling phones and fax
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed.
Skills :
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of experience in medical billing or coding preferred.
- Experience with insurance industry could be helpful.
- Technically savvy and able to do research
- Strong typing, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
This position is a temp to hire opportunity meaning you would be permanently hired on with our client after a 90-day temp period.
Once hired on you will become eligible for benefits, vacation, and performance increases.
