Maintenance Lead / Manager – Santa Maria, CA GENERAL SUMMARY :

• The Maintenance Lead will work as a team member in maintaining production line equipment and rolling stock.
• Some examples are Loaders and Lift Trucks, PLC, mechanical, electric motors and controls, hydraulic, conveyor and pneumatic equipment.
• Performance of preventive maintenance is key, yet able to respond, troubleshoot and repair in a timely manner when needed.
• Repair, install and troubleshoot using diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, and employ outside vendors as needed.
• Knowledge and safe use tools and instruments.
• This is a full time position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services Participate in and complete special projects and other duties as needed   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
