Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance
• Ten plus years of experience with providing services within a COCOM
• Active TS / SCI
• Knowledge and work experience with authorizations and appropriations processes, military operations, management and military staff process for USNORTHCOM and J38 requirements.
• Provided briefings at a level equivalent to meetings with General Officers, Office of Secretary of Defense office(s), and COCOMs.
