We're a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law, and we need a detail-obsessed, hyper-organized professional to keep our trademark practice running flawlessly.

In this role, you'll manage critical deadlines, maintain immaculate records, and communicate with precision — whether with the USPTO, clients, or attorneys. Prior paralegal experience isn't required, but proven administrative excellence, a passion for accuracy, and a long-term commitment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage all trademark deadlines — applications, Office Actions, Statements of Use / Extensions, renewals, oppositions — ensuring nothing is missed.
• Docket and maintain meticulous records in digital systems.
• Prepare and file documents with the USPTO.
• Manage communications with the USPTO, firm attorneys, and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
• Assist in preparing responses to Office Actions and other prosecution documents under attorney supervision.
• Conduct preliminary trademark searches and support clearance projects with thorough, well-documented results.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., registered agents, trademark watch services).
