Job Summary :

This position is responsible for performing general accounting functions such as daily deposit, payables, patient refunds, W-9 requests, and Credit Applications.

Work location : Ridgeland, MS in person.

Required Education and Experience :

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

3-5 years of general accounting experience, including general ledger, payables, and receivables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Assist with daily mail and prepare checks for the daily deposit.

Process and review invoices for accuracy.

Match invoices with PO's / shipping documents and code accordingly.

Maintain account payable files and records.

Resolve vendor issues / inquires.

Process weekly check runs.

Complete W-9 requests and credit applications.

Complete various projects, tasks and financial analyses as requested.

Interact with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
