This role is responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies that enhance service capabilities across all internal and external stakeholders. Leveraging agile methodology, this role defines the architecture for experience-driven solutions, promotes a customer-first culture, and leads high-performing teams to deliver innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Acts as a thought partner to senior leaders on product investments, value stream priorities, and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Champions a culture of continuous discovery, value-driven delivery, and modern product thinking within the organization.
• Identifies business opportunities through direct engagement with clients and external stakeholders, as well as market research efforts.
• Develops a deep understanding of customer and product needs.
• Prioritizes tradeoffs, clarifies requirements, and aligns data strategies to support enterprise growth.

Salary : $191,900 - $259,100

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
