Location : Remote in Texas, Must reside in Texas

Compensation : Up to $210k base + Bonus

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Global Finance & Operations will lead financial strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to drive sustainable growth. This role is responsible for financial planning, business performance analysis, and operational process optimization across the organization.

FINANCE LEADERSHIP

Lead the FP&A function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across departments.

Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.

Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams to optimize pricing, margin, and inventory strategies.

Drive cross-functional initiatives such as cost optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

Support a high-performing finance and operations team.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA or CPA preferred)

8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and operations, ideally in tech, distribution, or supply chain sectors.

Proven track record of leading FP&A and business operations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Power BI)
