Job Description

Program Manager, IBM Corporation, New York, NY : Define enterprise level management system of customer success management metrics and working with executives in customer success, enterprise data and chief information office. Manage the development and delivery of the new enterprise level management system of customer success management metrics by creating schedules, assuring compliance to the schedule through resource allocation and backlog prioritization, and summarizing and presenting status updates to cross-functional executives. Define and deliver enterprise level client health assessment metrics to be utilized by customer success managers. Develop time-to-value reporting for the customer success general manager to drive proactive customer support and improve client retention strategies. Lead the enterprise-wide deployment of all renewal related analytics for customer success managers. Design end-to-end workflow for cloud customer success managers to drive customer engagement through analytics and proactive alerts. Develop Chief Analytics Office (CAO)'s annual strategy, setting performance targets and goals in collaboration with CAO executives. Utilize : Renewal risk management, Excel and VBA, Statistics, Change management, Project management, Python. Required : Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Renewal risk management, Excel and VBA, Statistics, Change management, Project management, Python. $196782 to $231400 per year.
