This full-time leadership role offers stable weekday hours, no call, and the opportunity to shape clinical operations within a respected community-focused hospital system. Key Details

• Schedule : MondayFriday, approximately 4050 hours per week

Call : None

Weekends : None

Setting : Inpatient

EMR : Epic

Team Structure : Leads the Hospital Medicine team; collaborates with administrative and clinical staff to enhance operations and quality of care

Responsibilities

Oversee inpatient care delivery and performance metrics

Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement best practices and quality initiatives

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards

Maintain and improve service quality, safety, and efficiency

Support recruitment, training, and retention within the department

Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflow management

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification :

Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within 2 years)

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background preferred

Licensure : Active or eligible for New York medical license

Base Salary : Competitive

Sign-On Bonus : $25,000
