Peraton is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to become part of Peraton's Department of State (DoS) Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission (DSCM) program providing leading cyber and technology security experience to enable innovative, effective, and secure business processes.

Location : On-site between Arlington, VA and Beltsville, MD.

In this role, you will :

• Be responsible for leading and managing the portfolio of projects and programs for the CMO / CO organization.
• Establish and implement portfolio management practices that align with Agile best practices, ensuring that new processes mature to meet the organization's needs.
• Work closely with the Agile Practitioner, Scrum Masters, Master Scheduler, Product Owners and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize and manage projects, programs, and initiatives that deliver value to the organization.
• Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the status of the portfolio, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Establish and implement portfolio management practices in alignment with Agile best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and manage projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Ensure that the portfolio delivers value to the organization, meets strategic objectives, and aligns with organizational priorities.
• Monitor and report on the status of the portfolio, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the portfolio management process, ensuring that it is effective and efficient.
• Provide leadership and guidance to scrum masters and stakeholders on portfolio management practices and processes.
• Own the project intake process by working with requestors to on-board projects into the portfolio.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
