Armed Security Officer – Flex Officer (Denver Metro)

Pay Rate : $22.50 per hour

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8–12 Hour Shifts | Night & Weekend Availability Required

Location : Denver Metro Area (including Denver, Westminster, Commerce City, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, Lakewood, Arvada, and surrounding areas)

Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is seeking highly motivated Armed Flex Security Officers to join our growing team in the Denver Metro area. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across multiple client sites. Our ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and experienced with firearms and security protocols.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional armed security presence at client locations
• Conduct patrols (foot / vehicle) to detect and deter threats or unauthorized activity
• Monitor site activity, control access, and respond to incidents
• Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and violations
• Assist and guide employees, visitors, and vendors
• Collaborate with emergency responders and local law enforcement
• Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs accurately and promptly
