About the Role

This is more than estimating, it’s about shaping projects from the start. You will :

• Lead plumbing estimating and takeoffs with accuracy and insight.
• Provide preconstruction services, offering budgeting and pricing strategies that help GCs and Owners determine project viability.
• Develop and strengthen GC and Ownership relationships through proactive communication and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house team (purchasing, project management, and takeoff support).
• Have the autonomy to manage your work while contributing to the broader vision of the company.
