Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex RFP responses and lead a team of writers to ensure alignment with product and operational knowledge

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate RFP requirements and develop compelling narratives

Oversee proposal content governance and support additional RFP team needs, including content development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable field

3+ years of experience writing RFPs / proposals strongly preferred

Previous experience managing and leading teams of direct reports is highly desired

Strong background in project management and knowledge management

Experience with RFP Management software (e.g., Loopio, Proposify, Responsive)
