Senior Marketing Project Manager

Location : San Diego, CaliforniaJob Type : ContractCompensation Range : $40 - 48 per hourWe are seeking an Senior Marketing Project Manager who has a strong track record of excellent problem-solving skills with an eye towards meticulous planning and execution detail. Your social intelligence, enthusiasm, and ability to work with and across teams will be foundational to this critical function. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business priorities, a keen sense of ownership, drive, and resourcefulness to get things done. Lastly, flexibility and the ability to be two steps ahead of the game will be key in this role.Responsibilities :

Lead brand and creative projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with corporate marketing teams including Creative Lab and Web.

Work with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines for new initiatives.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all creative campaigns and projects are delivered on time and within financial objectives.

Strategize and build project plans, while actively enhancing our project management and operational workflows to improve efficiency.

Manage program and project teams as well as creative agency partners, coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure optimal results.

Proactively identify and address potential risks and opportunities across multiple project workstreams.

Maintain and provide clear, concise progress reports and activity updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with a history of managing various types of projects, platforms, and channels, with a focus on digital.

Experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house studio setting, or a proven track record of successfully working with multiple agency partners.

The ability to thrive in a fluid environment and bring structure, organization, and a sense of calm to complex projects.

A strong understanding of agile and creative campaign management.

Experience using project management tools, with Workfront being a significant plus.

A solution-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing innovative and resourceful solutions.

The drive, social intelligence, and enthusiasm to collaborate with and lead teams to get things done.
