You will take full ownership of multi-disciplinary, multi-site programs, ensuring delivery of critical business benefits on time and within scope. The role involves coordinating across teams, implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring adherence to governance and change management frameworks. You will have the opportunity to influence process improvements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and mentor junior project managers. Accountabilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-site and multi-disciplinary projects to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor project performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to program goals and governance frameworks.
• Establish success criteria, controls, and project infrastructure, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Engage with stakeholders to define innovative solutions, ensure compliance, and drive effective decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance performance and capability.
