The successful applicant for Level 1 : must be a Graduate of

an accredited school of nursing, with an Associate of Science

in Nursing (ASN). Have a Current, unrestricted RN license from the State of Montana or compact state. Preference in having

one-year nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS)

certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Certification in Care Coordination is preferred, required within

one (1) year of employment. Ambulatory Care Nursing

Certification (AMB-BC) preferred. Existing or new National

Provider Number. Must possess a valid drivers license. For

Level 2 : Must be a Graduate of an accredited school of

nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Have a Current, unrestricted RN license from the State of Montana or compact state. Preference in having one-year nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Certification in Care Coordination is preferred, required within one (1) year of employment. Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) preferred. Existing or new

National Provider Number. Must possess a valid drivers license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of

academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure,

copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the

DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a

Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of

the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is Negotiable DOE, may be employed under
