A national developer-builder is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a signature 300-unit high-rise multifamily project in South Florida. The role is based in-office with travel to the local jobsite as needed.

If youre a seasoned PM with concrete high-rise experience and a long-tenured work history, this is your chance to run a marquee project from precon to final turn.

What Youll Be Doing

Own all aspects of the project schedule, budget, and team coordination

Drive preconstruction, buyout, and subcontractor onboarding

Lead owner communications, internal reporting, and cost control

Partner with field leadership to stay ahead of risks and maintain alignment

Deliver the project on time, under budget, and to the highest standards

What You Bring

812+ years of experience, including recent high-rise multifamily project leadership

Proven success on projects $50M+ with concrete structures

Strong working knowledge of Procore, scheduling tools, and Excel

Employment stability is a must610+ years with no more than 12 employers preferred

Ability to collaborate, take ownership, and lead from start to finish
