As the Senior Director of Colocation Infrastructure Construction Delivery, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our data infrastructure. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the strategic vision for our data center projects, ensuring they align with our long-term organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Include :

• Review and understand complex data center construction projects.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement long-term standards and strategies.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Project Oversight : Lead and manage the construction oversight efforts.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Risk Evaluation : Analyze projects independently to evaluate the risk profiles.
• Tenant Fit Out Integration : Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and oversee quality control processes.
• Design Coordination : Collaborate with design teams.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations.
• Provide ongoing colocation provider evaluation input.
• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality.
• Innovation and improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends.
• Attend meetings held in various time zones.
